The 20-week ban and the two other laws passed by the Republican-controlled Legislature in 2021 — one that banned telehealth prescriptions of abortion medication and required a 24-hour waiting period after giving informed consent, and another that required providers to offer patients the option of viewing an ultrasound or listen to the fetal heart tone — had been blocked by a preliminary injunction that was granted in October 2021.

France became the world’s first country to enshrine abortion rights in its constitution on Monday, the culmination of an effort that began in direct response to the US Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Lawmakers from both houses of the French Parliament voted 780 to 72 in favor of the measure, easily clearing the three-fifths majority needed to amend the French constitution.

A record 59 percent of surveyed Americans believe abortion should be legal, according to a new Fox News poll published Wednesday, as the Supreme Court argued over whether abortion pills should be outlawed, and GOP politicians consider support for a national abortion ban.

Support for making abortion legal in all or most circumstances has gone up in every demographic, including those considered most critical of abortion rights. That includes a 16 percent increase among people 65 or older, a 12 percent rise among conservatives, an 11 percent increase among registered Republicans and a 10 percent increase among white evangelical Christians.

It involves fetuses. How does that change what I said? Unless, like the anti-choice people, you only care about the fetuses in the uterus, and not about the babies/kids once they are born and growing up in the world.

The morality is about fetuses/babies/kids being killed, and why they say they feel compelled to campaign for Biden. Palestinian kids, babies, fetuses too, are getting killed, and Biden is enabling that ethnic cleansing and genocide. People in America need to seriously wake up to the reality and stop living in a fantasy world where Biden is some good, kind guy. He isn't.

fetuses are not the moral equivalent of babbies/kids just as egg salad is no the culinary equivalent of chicken salad.
