Has anybody else been contacted on Facebook and LinkedIn by beautiful women selling crypto. They say they want to get to know you and then they push crypto down your throat.

I think so. Some hottie (from the pics) took the subject to crypto and I immediately shut it down. I know the accounts are fake, but oddly the pictures are not someone elses or porn, and the posts seem legitimate. Any idea what they are up to?

I get it all the time on instagram, most posing as well to do Chinese chicks. They chat for a bit, then try to get you to go to WhatsApp or Telegram. If you do a reverse image search on the photos (images.google.com) the pictures are usually some obscure Asian model or celebrity. The accounts are always stolen with a name that doesn’t match their name, and the account pictures are only a couple of months old. Most are based in Nigeria.

I’ve tracked a few over the years and they change after a while. Asians become Caucasian, women become men. It’s crazy, and fake, and designed to take your money.

I did the reverse google search and didn't come up with anything. Also the accounts are a few years old. But yea, similar, they discuss crypto and then want my WhatsAP number. Also the name doesn't match the country (one is LIsa Campbell from Italy). Doesn't exist and isn't Italian
