If bondage is the primary sexual theme, then I'd say BDSM is the right place.

BDSM is probably your Tiffany category. Though it’s good to have a multi-category story also.

What's the primary driver in the story? That's where you post the story. With that said, as likely as not, you may get more views in BDSM than Romance.
