Attach file button missing

From sometime on 21st April, the attach file button has gone missing from my post/reply area. All of my attachments from mid 2020 onwards have gone missing from my threads.
Log out, log in, refresh cache, different browsers, laptop v phone, same.

Any gremlins in the system or has my user account got corrupted? Or does someone not like me for something?

March 2020 posts now have things missing, so the removal seems to have gone back further than the initial July 2020 over the last few days.
