The store I work in has them. But we're a mega store - huge huge - we have EVERYTHING.
Ask any store you go into if they do special orders - they can likely get them for you.
Though, the commercial sells them so cheap - you might get ripped off if you ask your local sex shop to order them for you.

Heya BlueSugar! I was surprised to find this thread existed! You are correct, the laws have changed here in Texas. We've been in the adult biz for about 30 years now but have recently expanded our toy inventory because of these changes. We have an awesome selection now...Probably one of the best in Central Texas.

One of our stores, last week, sold over 8 grand in toys. Amazing!

This is a good balance to the DVD, Blu-ray and videos sales that have shrunk considerably because so much porn can be found online now.

We have recently stepped up our lingerie inventory too. We have not had much luck there in the past, but we're finding the packaging on the product lately is much better for this now and they're flying off the racks/shelves.

Ah, Sassy and Fala - I knew it was happening, I knew some of the material was ok, but the toys were iffy because of some mess with Alabama and the bible belt etc.
I knew it was over turned in the recent scheme of things, and I was waiting for the satisfied "oh hell yeah!" from the texans for confirmation.

My store had a huge fight to be opened 6 years ago, regardless that in NY toys/porn is completely legal.

I do believe these girls that engage in these videos have to have documentation of age (or the producers would not be able to distribute them...it's the law). Every video, DVD or picture of these (or ANY) girls have to have an identifying number that can be traced to the producer.

They also sign legal papers giving permission for their images to be copied/distributed.

HOWEVER....IF THESE GIRLS ARE DOING THIS WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL...this could be a problem, legally. imho.

Gah! I've not heard of this...gonna find out about this. I've not heard any of our distributors call us on callbacks for any product. These might be films that haven't yet made it into distribution yet. I am sure there are several crews/cameramen doing these films. This one may be a rogue.

It's extremely rare that any well-known distributor in this industry would ever fuck up like that...believe it or not, these guys cross their t's and dot their i's. We only do business with the reputable, long-time distributors.

Anyway, thanks KRC for tossing this out here...I'll def be checking into it.
