I'm still not really getting orgasms, despite going off those antidepressants. Did some googling, and yes, it looks like my type 2 diabetes can affect it. The source I found suggested kegel exercises, and I'm seeking some advice, any good links on the subject, etc, or if any diabetics here can offer other advice then I'll take that too.
For a reference point: I believe I got a small clitoral orgasm just once maybe a year or so ago, I felt some very satisfying throbbing and twitching for a few seconds. Haven't been able to repeat it. I get wet enough for the dildo to slide in comfortably, and the thrusting and vibrating feels good, but not like, orgasm good. I've noticed if I try when my blood sugar is in the 200s and I feel kinda lethargic because of it, I don't get as wet and my clit won't even start the tingling feeling, or it does but not as easily or as much. I have an appointment to hopefully figure out the frequent high blood sugar thing soon.
Yeah. Advice?
