Story idea, please write me your suggestions

I have a basic idea of a story and. would like some input from other writers.

Starts with a 60-something man, retired and now learns he is in danger of losing his house ( financial reasons). He does not want to lose the house he has been living in for some 20 years.

Then comes along some woman (does not have to be hot, more bitchy then anything else, atleast at the start) she is either the person who wants to buy the house from him, or maybe a developer who wants to buy the property , level the house and build something else.

Now here comes the hard to believe part, some how, be it magic, mind control or just ' something in the water" but the woman slowly becomes the sub in BDSM relationship witht he man. There is room for kink, but what I really like is funny bits of conversation like when the man hits on her, she very calmly ( and even restraining her normally bitchy attitude) says something along the lines of ' I am half your age and I run in marathons, there is no way you and I would work out, or maybe something about how she would give him a heart attack". Yet, he manages to give her a good orgasm. And even if she plays the sub, there could be times that she gets one over him. An odd couple type of humor.

I am not asking anyone to write the story for me, I just want to hear people's opinion, some suggestions. And if you just want to tell me to get a life and get off the computer, I am all ears.
 
Perhaps the man is in a financial crisis but does have some leverage because multiple groups are interested in buying his property. The bitchy women offers herself sexually as a way to enhance her offer. She is expecting it would just be a blowjob or a quick fuck and is surprised by his counter offer to tie her up and have his way with her. She has never done that before and hesitantly agrees. She is surprised how much she enjoys it and craves more.
 
I like that idea and will consider it. She knows she can profit in a big way from buying that property, maybe even thinking she can make a (sexual) promise then back out.


Originally, I was just going to make her an assertive to the point of being a total uber bitch. For example, her attitude is strong and domineering. In one scene, she is using a step ladder to reach a high shelf or the cord to the closet light is too high and she too short. She trips and falls and the old man catches her. This allows him to hold (grope?) her with the excuse of catching her, gets to feel her tits against his body. He learns that she is light and easily carried. Maybe one one if her visits he is in the middle of cooking and simply wants a 2nd opinion on the taste of a soup he is cooking. Knowing that she is short, light and cannot put up much physical resistance he picks her up, places her gently on the kitchen counter and like a parent might for a child spoon feeds her the soup and asks her opinion.

WIth every time she visits (always to measure a room, take pictures of the room, etc) she is a bit more passive, more submissive.
 
Maybe he reminds her of someone from her formative years.

Or maybe he's someone she once saw her mom/teacher bang and the memory was scorched into her brain.
 
Or it is all the man's doing.

He is in trouble, but can't be forced to sell right now yet, although it might be good idea, but he doesn't want to admit that.

The woman, she somehow found that out, and can gain a lot. (Like, is working for someone like that one our guy who specialise in buying useless property in interesting places, then leverage his political influence to change ruling to allow whatever he wants. Here now is a bank headquarters high-rise literally in the river he built where nothing at all was allowed when he bought a pile of sand.)

The man know that, or soon learn. He just want her gone, so is blunt and borderline rude to her at first. "You want to fuck my life, I will fuck you," but not in those exact words at first, but the idea forms like that. To his surprise, she's agreeable when it comes down close to those exact words.

The woman is forced to learn to know him, the way he thinks, the place as he see it. She goes from impersonal business to emotional involvement slowly recognising validity of his point of view, and probably indeed developing doubts about her (or her boss/client) ideas. But at least at first it is not the man himself, rather the property as it is that fascinate her, the man just a barely bearable catalyst that open her eyes. Maybe indeed to a point she would consider changing sides and represent him, but he has nothing to offer her as a reward. Until it turns out he have, but not what's measurable... any other way than orgasm count maybe, but even that's fuzzy.
 
Interesting idea.

Catching her falling - fine. Picking her up bodily - lawsuit and social media feeding frenzy. Doubleplusungood.

How about she discovers his kink somehow? Insisting on being admitted to locked room - dungeon? Finding photos of smiling women in bondage in the house? Etc.
