Just enough of her employee ID badge was cut off so her name isn't visible. I think it was a total oversight or indifference on the part of the poster. (One would think you would want to be sure none of it was showing just to be safe.)
Can you imagine the number of guys contacting her if her whole badge showed? Zoom in, get a name, start searching...
