But does that ban include such characters much older, decades later, looking back on their over-18 escapades?Another thing that's forbidden in fan fiction on Lit is to write about characters who never reached the age of 18 in the original source material.
You can't write a sexual fanfic about an 18 yr. old Dora the Explorer or Penny from Inspector Gadget, for example.
It's somewhat difficult when these rules aren't definitively posted in one place..... I wonder if there are any other rejection triggers that I don't know about.

Not that I would WANT to write this, but I could imagine The Powerpuff Matrons now as GILFs detailing what they did after growing up. No underage references, none, only their adult sex lives.
