I am assuming you mean a cuckold who is willingly engaging in this fetish. For me there is an element of D/s in the relationship and it is incumbent upon my cuckold to do as he is told. And I expect him to put a high priority on my pleasure, which for me most definitely includes performing his clean-up duties.

Being sensitive to his needs and limitations I wouldn't always impose my will in this matter, but for me there is no real sense of submission if I allow him to pick and choose or only submit to the things he wants to do anyway. And I certainly wouldn't allow him to offload his duties to some other guy (especially one of his choosing).

This is an intensely personal element of the relationship.....not getting the lawn mowed where all I care is that it is mowed.
