NY State Assembly approves bill to inject poison into hearts of babies in the womb

I find it amusing that the Catholic site you link to mentions the legislator in question is for animal rights, attempting to link animal rights to humans (though they facetiously put the words in quotes), when the position of most Catholics is humans aren't animals, that somehow we're "special".

Apparently they're now accepting that as animals, we humans are subject to the same biological facts as every other creature on the planet, including Evolution.

As to the article itself, considering the tens of thousands of kids across the country who are waiting for adoption, one would think we should take care of them first before we start adding to the already growing list.

That is to say your hysterics aside, adding to the US's burden by blowing up the already unacceptably high populations of unwanted bastards running around the streets than there are now isn't a good idea.

In fact there should be a national campaign of "If you're poor and can't feed yourself please abort your fetus ASAP at the nearest clinic, it's free and on us....just like all these birth control options! Talk with the doc and see if we can't find one that's right for YOU!" all subsidized by tax payers of course.

But REPOHEZ won't let that happen...no no no..that would be SMART!
 
If they executed convicted murderers like that it would be called cruel and unusual punishment.
