Offering my services (No, not those services)

I am a former English major and avid reader. I am volunteering my services to beta, edit, proofread, and give my thoughts and general commentary. I don't write much anymore (though my brain is always swirling with ideas), but I have no probs editing/betaing. I'm very familiar with the writing process. I've taken workshops at various writing conferences on the art of story crafting. Just a few of my credentials.

I'm not sure if you have your private message options turned on.

You may want to check on that.

This is the response I got when I tried to respond to your pm:

thecatwho53 has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

I believe that there may be a toggle or other mechanism in User CP that you can use to accept pm's. Maybe someone with more knowledge can chime in?

I took a quick look at my own User CP and realized that you may not have the pm system enabled. You need to check the box in that section.
