Since no one bothered replying, I'll do it. One thing at a time:

Asphyxia can be used as a tool for erotic pleasure. It reduces the blood flow to the brain and combined with the "sensations" from the sex, it produces euphoric results in some individuals. Usually, the female holds breath, or the male dom constricts her throat (this is the one I'm familiar with)

It is highly dangerous, and you can permanently damage yourself if done incorrectly. Asphyxiation is not a joke. Long exposures to such a condition can result in permanent death of brain cells. Do it at your own risk.
