On the Oxford Comma

Strunk and White says take your pick. I like it personally, but I dropped it years ago, because everyone else seemed to hate it.

Well, I'm not actually. I've been a professional writer for more than 40 years and I've never used it. The "and" provides the correct punctuation if you construct the sentence carefully enough. So, in the example above, I'd simply change the order.
"We invited JFK, Stalin and some strippers." No problem.
