That depends entirely on your definition of good.
I've never actually looked up the definition of "good" (why would I, since I know what it means?), but actually I think it's apropos here...

In this case, I'd say it would not lead to anywhere "morally excellent, virtuous, righteous, or pious," but would, eventually, lead to "well-behaved."
