Your Lit Routine

My Lit routine....well, when I get to work (9:35 am.m) I check my emails (yahoo and hotmail) send emails back ... then I log onto Lit ~ check my PM's send PM's back.....then post away and have IM chats ~ it's usually 4:30p.m. by then and I go home...Oh, yeah, I do some work in between

Can someone recommend a good Lit routine for me so I can get myself under control again? I'm posting far too much, at random times of the day or night, it's playing havoc with real life.
