I had the most awful frozen pizza tonight (ducks behind counter to avoid Never's shoe) so now I feel like going to Noor's drunk GB thread and getting trashed.

Since my body has decided that egg whites are poison and it's really hard to completely separate the yolks, I have been looking for a mayo/hollandaise sauce substitution.

Today I mixed a 1 tablespoon of organic heavy whipping cream with no additives, a bit under 1/2 tablespoon of good lemon juice with a dash of salt and whipped it up. It thickened expectantly and nicely also didn't taste bad as a dressing on greens and cucumber.
I might try it with some oregano and see how it works as Greek dressing.

Maybe if I did a small bit of butter with it. Anyway, experimenting.

Noor you buy an egg separator or do it yourself it's easy. I just use the eggshell but then I'm pretty good at it

Udi's pizza is pretty bad and it has egg in it, made me sick. :mad:
 
I am having a watch something with Byron while eating standby, Progresso Lentil soup. I am having it straight up, he liked to add beans to it. It's pretty safe to eat, maybe a bit salty.
 
For lunch I had leg of lamb, baked potato, broccoli and a salad with mixed greens, cucumbers and avocado and the dressing I mentioned above.

You may want to try that bottle technique with water then.
 
I try and always have either soup of salad with my main meal. Sometime I can't get decent lettuce so I have some other kind. I can usually always get decent English cucumbers at Costco in the winter.
 
I made some carrot soup the other day, and froze it in portions, it tastes pretty good!
