For as long as the Dem's still bring up Newt, the Limbaugh's will still talk about Clinton. Hell, he's already campaining for 2004. He's proved to his backers that he will pay off and damn the consequences, so he should have no problem with fund-raising. In fact, it will be the Dem's dragging their feet on campaign finance reform now that he is back in charge of the party!
