Update on my surgery

It seems like months ago since I had all this oral surgery
Actually it was three weeks ago last Friday

The VA turned my care over to the local dentist
(I want to publicly thank Rachel for finding this dentist for me)
I saw him today ...... he said that with my health issues
they are amazed .... they though I would have trouble healing

He went on to say I healed as fast if not faster then a healthy person
I told him it was the herbs
and he released me today ........

I had meat for the first time Sunday <smile>
It had been slow cooked and tender .....
very tender ........

I want to thank those of you who prayed for me
and ask you to continue

It was 2 years ago Sept 29th
that Cyndi deserted me

The divorce was final a year ago this month

I do not do well alone ......
A couple of weeks ago when I went through the drug withdrawal
from my surgery ... I reached out and no one was available

Anyway

My prayer request is that God send me
that special someone

I would love for it to be Rachel but I want his will
not mine ...........

I was at a men's spiritual retreat this weekend
I went to
1) find a connection/ a sense of belonging
2) to pray

I do not feel any more connected ... maybe less .... very lonely

I prayed
(shaking head)
came home to another &**&^% mess plus an email from R
kicking me to the curb over something I did not do
except as she interrupts fact and leaves out other facts

oh well

I think it is time for a vow of celebacy .... give away the toys and toy bag ........ and do what ?

Hell I can not find the motivation and courage to get my herb business back up and running

oh well .......

Hun I know it is very hard and when you feel like your life is crumbling it is even harder.....

Try to keep the faith and keep praying....Remember God does his will....So he knows what is best for you....

lady-kat that sometimes posts to this thread and others on the forum has been diagnosed with stag 4 lymphoma. This as advanced as you can get. Her husband's name is Jeff Stafford. He is not taking things well and he does not know it is stag 4.

Friday night ... it was a mix between celtic and country
