i wonder if your RO water tastes any different to the rainwater i drink here. there is no pollution where i live, and no additives in the water (unless somebody put a dead rodent in the tank).

The $%$^%$# VA

Got my monthly check today

1) it was on time
2) it was not th new amount
3) it was not the old amount
4) it was only $230

Why that amount? I have no idea.
Local VA office has machine answering phone.
My VFW rep in Detroit is out for training till the 6th

and I thought my fears of eviction, phone being shut off etc.
were done ...........

lessons i have learned

On another thread I had my "inventory" taken by a poster

It reminded me of a couple of things that I have learned

1) it is my inventory only that I am responsible for taking

2) taking someone elses inventory is judemental at best because we never know what is going on someones head ... sometimes they do not know

3) to never give my opinion unless asked for

4) to not argue or make judgment calls about opinions
they are like arm pits
everyone has a couple and they stink

5) that it is usually safe to ask questions for clarification
but just usually

Lastly I want to say how gratiful I am that no one has come to this thread an attacked me or any poster here

Going down to Charleston SC. We are vacationing there. It will be a great week.

I am not sure which thread you are referring to? Where is it located?

I think the ferry will be running by the time I get back. I will be checking for some possible jobs down there while I am in the area. So, I am not sure when that will be.

Maybe we need to email the VA into submission.. Like BUG them until they get off their butts and and fix this. I know, emailing them into submission is so nonconsensual; but this is the *&^%^%$%^&* VA!

I have been on phone with them a few times this morning
It would be funny but it hurts so bad......

1) there computers still show my claim pending not approved

2) my claims manager was to call me back in a minute ..... 3 hours ago

3) when I called back I got the run around ......

4) I can not say what I would like to do ... just saying it would send me to prison

Now I still need to figure out how to pay my bills
Hell I could not do it with $900 a mont
I have no idea how I will do it with $200

I have thought a lot about R today
It was only two weeks ago today that she sent me the post
and then without explaination stopped all commuications

this is difficult time for me
1) I feel the need to make ammends for my reaction to her

2) part of my negative reaction was to tell her
via voice mail that a couple of things I had promised her
I was giving to others.... I want to give them to her

3) there are only 3 people that can talk to the VA for me

b) the VFW
c) R

Today, Saturday, I had my weekly appointment
with psychologist VA sends me to .......
he knows I am into this lifestyle but never asks anything
or questions ....... I am not sure what he thinks about this

He did say that he flet I know how to do realtionships
but I pick people (women) that do not

Who knows ?

I do know I hate being alone
and fear I will die alone

I bought some grocries today
guess I might do some cooking

Not much reason to cook just for me
I usally eat on the run

fix food that I can set here and eat
