I am glad you checked in. It looks like many have missed you as have I. I bet it feels good to get organized though. Always makes me feel content and able to think better. I am sorry things continue the way they are with R. I know it hurts you.

I would love to go with you on vacation. Unfortunately I will be returning to school next week to set up my classroom. I could use another vacation. My vacation was hectic, hot, and a bit overwhelming. I was glad to be home. The kids all enjoyed Disney but the adults were worn out at the end of the week. My Dad did not go to the parks with us because of many health problems. We came back to the vacation home we were staying in and he told us this funny story. While we were gone he did some grocery shopping. When he returned he saw what he thought was our van in the driveway. He took a bag of groceries inside and went back for more. When he went in the house the second time he realized someone was in the pool. He thought we had returned to the house early. Then he took a good look at the gentleman in the pool and realized he had gone in the wrong house. All the houses were very similar in color and style. The van in the driveway was the same color as ours. What a laugh. He hightailed it out of there without anyone knowing he had entered.

I went back and caught up on your thread. This is my first post to it. You asked me if I had posted here when I said hello to you on another thread and was saying hi to tim (bachlam chaam).

At one time, I was very curious about the bdsm life and I found your thread while I was searching. How can anyone not want to know you and care about you once they have read this thread?

Its strange how much I feel I know you and we have never even talked privately. Maybe it has to do with feeling the same helplessness and aggravation and lonliness as you have even though my problems are not the same as yours. I cannot compare my life or should I to your struggles,just that I have felt the same emotions myself.

I guess I feel empathy with you,not sympathy because you seem to me to be a true survivior. I wish you good health,and a happy day. Me I am off to bed. I will visit again soon. Best wishes.

Got email from R last night
First communication from her in almost 2 months

I had sent out
to a lot of people
an email entitled
Would you care

You all may have seen it

anyway she replied with two words
"I would"

I replied with
"Thank you for caring and responding"

I will be leaving for Ann Arbor VA hospital at noon tomorrow
August 12 ... apoinments are on the 13th .... hopefully will be returning the 13th

It is a long drive
so if I do come back the 13th
I will not be here on puter till very late
or on the 14th

Regardless as to what she is doing or meaning you make sure you take care of yourself #1. It sounds as though you need some rest. I was so glad to hear you are back safe. I am sorry you are in so much pain. I wish I could help you feel better. Let us know how you are doing after you get some rest.

Update on my trip to Ann Arbor VA

I left at 1 PM Tuesday
A buddy named Terry went with me
he drove all of both ways
he says he now understands some of the insanity of the VA <smile>

Trip triggered lots of sad emotions
especially when we got lost
at exactly the same place as the last two trips
and I cried during my prayers Tuesday night

Anyway...back to trip
They did not fire the defibulator
just "integrated" the device

There were 36 episodes where the bionics triggered
36 times this thing in my chest saved my life

and I am not sure how I feel about it

They "recommended" again that I get into the heart transplant list

Even if I had someone in my life as a significant other
a transplant is NOT something I think I would do

I am consulted with Dr Kim Bales ND PhD
She has helped me rearrange my herbal program
and has hopes that things can improve

Please keep me in your prayers

Well with the power outage and me being on a mini vacation. No time. However, I did have a good vacation with my "Mr. Mood Elevator". He and I had a great time, and now I am ready to kick ass and the hell with taking names!

Saginaw the 27th
for more test

Back to Ann Arbor on Sept 12th for
oral sugery

San Fransico on the 1st
be there over my birthday
learning more about herbs

I still have not "found" that speical someone to replace R
on the cruise in Nov
