a bit like road kill this morning
and major hung over from meds.

it's lovely here this morning.
i have all kinds of birds here having breakfast.
hummingbirds are buzing right up next to my window.
they make a chirping sound when they are feeding.
driving my new kitten nuz - only inches away thru the window screen.
big ol blue jay at my feeder now....
and rain falling very gently.

Master is much better than He was - the last week or so has seen much improvement but He still feels "blah" in the mornings. By lunchtime He is usually feeling up to eating more than a cup of sweetened tea and biscuits (I know, bad for a diabetic but He gets low sugar levels more than high ones, especially after having His insulin and not eating much breakfast because He can't face food )

Hi ciara I read of your troubles with the snake - I have been in Australia almost 8 months and have yet to see one (thank you goddess!) There are little 3 inch long geckos in the garden though, I kept hearing the rustling in the dead leaves whenever I went outside but thought it was just bugs, until I saw one - they are so cute

Well sort of back from my trip. I think things are sorted out here at home to some degree of satisfaction. Some agreements have been made and I await to see how works out in reality.

Lady Kat, I am sorry to hear about your hard days of late, I am keeping you in my prayers. I have decided to keep a small prayer journal to help me to remember the needs of my friends on Lit.

So if you have a special need, like for courage, or peace, just tag that onto your post at the end and I'll be sure to pick up on it ok.

My work is demanding much more out of me as of late. I will be gone most this weekend, so I will catch up and post when I can, where I might be.

As a suggestion for something fun to do, sometime over the next week and weekend, let's all watch two movies. I am going to rent "9 1/2 weeks" and "The Secretary". Maybe we can share some of our favorite parts of the movies and why.
