This 2nd annual Literotica challenge invites you to submit stories that revolve around or feature sport in some way. Team sports, solo sports, professional sports, amateur sports played solely for recreation, sports fans, fan fiction about famous sports stars...the choice is yours!

The possibilities are nearly endless! A veteran coach has a surprise tryst with an upcoming tennis star; a husband and wife get amorous while watching the Superbowl; five cheerleaders happen upon their team's star quarterback naked in the shower; two people on a date bond over their passion for basketball; a lone surfer is seduced by a mermaid; an alien race engages in bizarre sex-themed sporting contests; a sexy game of strip tennis goes all the way...and on and on and on until the final whistle.

Get off the bench and onto the field with your hot, sexy sports stories! Yay, team!

Guidelines:
1. This event is open to all authors.
2. All stories must involve sport in an at least semi-meaningful way.
3. Chapters in existing series are more than welcome.
4. Stories can be in any category.
5. This is a challenge, and not a contest...there are no winners or prizes...ironic considering this is sports-related, but hey, it's all about how you play the game, right?
6. Sporting cliches are not only welcome but encouraged!
7. Make sure to include the phrase YAY TEAM 2025 in the NOTES TO ADMIN field so your story can be easily located and posted in a timely manner.

On the advice of other forum members (thanks @Rustyoznail, @MrPixel), I've gone ahead and created a support thread for the 2025 version of this challenge, which is coming up in short time. June!

I hadn't gotten any response from Laurel but I'll hail mary pass this thread to her via PM and hope the official challenge schedule gets updated accordingly, and pray that the updated Notes to Admin of YAY TEAM 2025 will work!

I been hoping this contest would pop up again. We been sitting around the clubhouse here in Juneau, Alaska practicing our spitting and crotch grabbing waiting to see what the infield grass looks like after the snow finally melts, which might take a couple a weeks yet. Which should give me just enough time to whip into shape this yarn I got about a snotnose upstart pitcher and what happens to him. Lots of sex (especially with me in the center of the action in case the guys are reading this), some tearful moments as well, along with a few laughs. There is even a moral in it, though it ain’t where I thought I put it and may have got lost. Plenty of time yet to keep searching for it. Did I mention about the sex?

This is my first story that I'll be submitting anywhere and, since there's a finite submission window, I don't want to miss it because I messed up an easy part.

To be fair, I haven’t participated in an Author Challenge before but I have participated in Contests. I believe they work the same way in that you can submit the story prior to the window (in this case, June 3rd).

Pasting YAY TEAM 2025 in the Admin Notes will let Lit know to hold your story for publishing until the stories go live from June 3 to June 9. Personally, I hope to submit my story a week before June 3 to provide enough time for Lit to review and approve my story, with the hope it’ll publish on June 3 or around then.

You do not have to include Yay Team in your story title, of which we all only get 35 precious characters for!

I’ve seen other authors credit other writers in the beginning or end of story. Sometimes with a hyperlink (using a HTML tag). Up to you!

Not sure I understand what you mean by “how do you know to include a story involved a challenge?”

When it comes to Challenges/Contests, the special words (YAY TEAM 2025) you put into the Admin Notes box lets Lit know your story is a submission for a Challenge/Contest.

Generally, the Admin Notes box can used for anything you might want to flag for Lit review staff that might affect the review/publishing of your story.
