The real question is, "Would you have sex with someone with whom you would be embarassed to be seen?"

We know the answer to that for almost everyone in the world is "yes".

I've been embarrassed by other's reactions to the person I'm with. I've been made uncomfortable by other's embarrassment at who I'm with but if I'm 'with' someone how could I possibly be embarrassed about being seen with them?

You seem to think that your question was worded in a completely neutral way. It wasn't.

I find "do" for "have sex with" to be a dehumanizing verb, all by itself.

I find your specifying "a midget" with no other information to be a dehumanizing way to look at a human being, as if one needed no information about personality, values, and general compatibility in order to decide whether or not to have sex with somebody.
