In a prayer for my 3 year old neice. She is in Children's Hospital, and has been since Saturday morning. Her name is Heather.

She's had some sort of allergic reaction to medications, and got Chicken Pox on top of it. Specialists are being brought in from all over, and she's unfortunately stumping them. Her fever has been 103-104 the whole time (4+ days now), she's on IV's constantly for dehydration, has a UTI, can't eat, can't sleep, can't wear clothes, and isn't stabilizing. They say her Pox is the worst they've ever seen - it's inside her mouth and throat, eyes, etc. This little cutie's in Hell, and isn't getting any better. This girl is chronically ill, but this time.........

On recommendation of one of my closest and dearest friends an immune system specialist is going to look at certain things tomorrow, thank you again my dear for your love and support. How many lives can you touch?

Definitely, sending thoughts and prayers your way as well as hers.

My daughter was in hospital at three with similar problems. High fever, UTI, but no pox. It took her five days of IV antibiotics to be well again....I definitely empathize and pray for a similar or better outcome.

Heather is in one of the best hospitals for kids anywhere. If there is a place that can help her, it is Children's Hospital.
