Words you can't pronounce properly

My boss fucks up "aluminum" everytime he tries to say it. We are doing an aluminum floor so I get to hear him fuck it up many times a day. Life is good.

Any word ending in "berry"
Glacier
Library
Garage

Has to do with my English upbringing than anything else. Used to get teased about it at work. "Strawberry, Library, dingleberry..."

Very true. I have taken to forcing him into saying aluminum by constantly refering to the floor as stainless steel.

If I were the boss I would fire my ass.

Are we talking about "drunken pronounciation"? Cos I can normally pronounce spaghetti. :)

"specific"

Very embarrassing. I avoid it. It comes out "pacific" despite a concerted effort to enunicate properly.

I had a boss who couldn't say linoleum. She called it tile.

I can't pronounce French words... don't even try. Maybe denoument and naive. Those I can do.

Dubya says "noocular" for nuclear. I can't say antidisestablishment fasr.....not that I need to very often.

I can't say association at all and for years I couldn't say Social Security but I finally taught myself that one.

I can't say "particularly". My tongue can't quite curl around the "ti-cu-lar" part.

any word with "th" combination. I hate my self for not being able to pronounce it properly

sterlingclay -

I forgot about that one - I can never say abomable either!

and ksmybuttons - no, Worcestershire Sauce is beyond me, too.

My issues are mainly phonetics. Since I am an avid reader, I understand many words and can write them but what do you mean "centrifugal" force? Right. Spelled just like it sounds!
