Wit & Nipples šŸ’

I was actually just sat on my kitchen floor drinking a mug of chamomile in my ā€œlife’s a peachā€ mug.

I am now about to vacate to the bed, take all my clothes off and turn on my sleep aid app (currently set to play a sound frequency at 528 Hz).

I’m drawing a line under yesterday and moving on swiftly forwards.

His account seems to not be here anymore? @TheKingRichard?… (be gone foul peasant)

Thankyou to the mods for swiftly sorting that out. I do question however why the screenshots proving he was threatening me were also removed from the thread? Something about sharing private messages being a violation of the pages rules? I would have said that the initial messages were a bigger violation of site rules…. How else are people meant to know to report a dude? Anyway!

Back to normal postings, and hopefully he stays hidden in the woodworks for now without feeling the need to crawl back out.

@Pad_Foot please click here šŸ„‡šŸ„‡ to receive your ā€œNo Stalkingā€ credit. You did GREAT job. Today might be harder…. Literally.

Sorry. I was too curious to not click the medals. And now I have to sit here for a while.........

…Nothing to do with anything but the legend that was Ozzy Osbourne’s son used this quote in memory of his dad and I have to say I totally fucking agree….

šŸ¦‡'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, Wow! What a ride'."šŸ¦‡

Yes, health is wealth, but so is living a full and happy life. Eating the damn cake, skipping the gym to go to a bar, saying yes to spontaneous plans, tasting life in all its unpredictable, imperfect richness. Of course there’s value in discipline, but there is also wisdom in indulgence, in allowing yourself to fully experience what it means to be alive.

It’s ALWAYS just when I’m about to talk to a colleague or a customer that I decide to click and open a picture/vid. My waistband has seen more of it than my boxers in the last week.

Love this. Ozzy was such a fucking legend. I grew up on Black Sabbath.

The key is: keep a healthy and sustainable balance between discipline and carpe diem.

I have to say I agree…. Mostly…but ā€œbalanceā€ isn’t always 50/50. I don’t think we were built to be perfectly oiled machines working the same strict programs.

Like, our nervous systems positively THRIVE on novelty and joy…. dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins…. all those good chemicals that fire when you’re still dancing at 4am, arms wrapped around a strangers waist, or saying yes to that ice cream, or cigarette, or beer, when you technically should be saying no.

I think along with the societal ideologies of being the ā€œperfectā€ healthy person, we’ve somehow ended up glorifying burnout and self denial?

ESPECIALLY in wellness and productivity spaces where we’ve been taught to equate discipline, restriction, and constant striving with being more ā€œhealthyā€ or ā€œsuccessfulā€ than those who prioritise JOY! …

The way your thoughts flow, combined with your words always hits me just right. I love seeing the intellect alongside the beauty, humor, and sex appeal. šŸ˜

I’ve been drinking beer since I was oooh, 16, 17? That’s on most days give or take and now I’m the guy googling ā€œgut healing foodsā€ and pretending kombucha tastes good which It doesn’t by the way. Ginger shots also hurt. Spinach tastes like grass.
Health for me I have to say is only a priority now because my body started filing some pretty serious complaints.

Sometimes I want the beer though so I’ll have itZ I’ve not cut it out entirely but I’m more mindful i guess you could say. Occasionally I want the early night and gym sesh. Sometimes I know to skip the double cheeseburger. But im not training for sainthood lol so who cares most of the time.
