Wind is working here in Texas! We are getting 50% of our electricity from wind! It was only a few days, but a few days of wind are a few days of less carbon, right? West Texas is littered with wind turbines. It's a beautiful sight! They are everywhere. If you're a bald eagle, you can't fly from Lubbock to Amarillo without hitting one!Nuclear energy is basically a nonstarter for two main reasons. Stupid fucking state right so we can't go I think it like New Mexico but through the depleted rods into the deepest parts of the mines. Between Chernobyl, 3 mile Island and more recently Fukishima that nobody wants that in their backyard.
That's gonna take one helluva campaign to convince people that it will produce jobs. Not just through construction but tell them manufactuers will build in town because of low electricity costs.
Why is helium-3 so powerful?Helium 3? um, do you mean Deuterium.:H3?
The word in bold has a meaning. So far there have been two experiments where there was actually more energy outputted than inputted on Fusion. In both cases the max output wouldn't light a 60 watt light bulb....Why is helium-3 so powerful?
“The involved nuclear reaction here when helium-3 and deuterium fuse creates normal helium and a proton, which wastes less energy and is easier to contain. Nuclear fusion reactors using helium-3 could therefore provide a highly efficient form of nuclear power with virtually no waste and no radiation.Jan 30, 2016”
You copied this off of what looks like a student worksheet???? I know LA unified school district is the biggest… but….c’mon dude.Reason for full throttle race to create a moon base.
“How much helium-3 is needed to power the Earth
Scientists estimate that 25 tons of Helium-3 could power the United States for an entire year. This much Helium-3 could be transported from the Moon to the Earth in a ship the size of the recently retired space shuttle. If the United States were able to mine the Helium-3 on the Moon, it might solve our energy problems.”
You need to stop rolling around in your kitty litter box and think outside the box. I don’t post here for your entertainment. I’ve previously posted about Helium-3 as a possible energy source.. It’s a remarkable isotope with lots of promise. You‘re a simpleton. We’re on the cusp of revolutionary life changing technologies and you want to litter our landscapes with big fans and glass farms. Strategically placed nuclear power plants can provide grid size energy sources for years to come and are very safe. I understand the fact that you’re technologically challenged so stick to supervising fryolator operations, I think that’s your niche. You copied this off of what looks like a student worksheet???? And you can’t credit it? You realize it’s from a student worksheet and know that can undercut your argument?
Assume it’s from a student sheet so it has to be 100% right? (Do you even know what the rest of the sheets are? Maybe it’s part of a pie in the sky series where students get to explore and defend some alternative ideas-but if the source they quote is the second they list…wowsa-read below…that’s the same hack research you do)
It’s one of those things where you need the concept broken down simple version of an idea and you STILL don’t read it all to understand it?
And you didn’t BOTHER going to the first source listed at the bottom of the student worksheet since the link was over two lines and you had to type space.htm on the address line??
And the second link…well…that one is a hoot. Everyone loves a Matt Foley, but it’s not like the source is a household name like going “Down by the River.” The page used for reference refers to the future of 2017 since it hasn’t been updated since 2016. Science topics move quickly, and a 7 year gap leaves out tons of information.
Again, this is why everything you espouse is suspect. You talk about “living in the 80s” but you don’t even fully understand the things you throw out there as your “solutions.”
Please stop trying to help… you can’t. You don’t. You never will.
You do “help” to keep folks laughing at you and further discount everything you bring to the table.
(Oh my it just hit me, the kid who works the deep fryer when you finish your shift was doing his homework for school before work and he showed you what he was working on???? It’s nice you get some of your ideas from a school kid who doesn’t have perspective to know what they are looking at- clearly neither do you.)

So you are pivoting back away from the He-3 (which needs to react with another source to be stable) and going back to nuclear? You need to stop rolling around in your kitty litter box and think outside the box. The problem with icant, and many others who think along his lines is; they feel there is a "silver bullet answer". One "thing" that if implemented ,will make all the other problems go away. It's a special kind of stupid. So you are pivoting back away from the He-3 (which needs to react with another source to be stable) and going back to nuclear?
Not acknowledging that He-3 isn’t really a thing yet, please I want you to volunteer your backyard for the the He-3 testing and a Nuke plant.
Again, don’t ask your neighbors- it’s none of their business. You made this decision and it’s good enough that you did. You have your rights.
What’s that? NIMBY? Seems about par for the course.
You still talk too much.So you are pivoting back away from the He-3 (which needs to react with another source to be stable) and going back to nuclear?

Another one of you incoherent statements. I’ve always said that going green is a comprehensive endeavor. Wind turbines and solar panels are only a small part of the solution. Safe nuclear power plants strategically placed ( away from the ocean or fault lines ) can provide grid size energy production while being supplemented with solar, turbines, fossil fuel and geothermal plants. You must be rolling around in 77’s kitty litter box. Investing in future energy sources like HE-3 should be a Kennedy like project. I understand that you being a Canadian your tiny country can barely sustain itself without American ingenuity, sometimes I believe you suffer from frostbite of the brain. The problem with icant, and many others who think along his lines is; they feel there is a "silver bullet answer". The whole of RWCJ/MAGA nation is devoted to the proposition that somewhere, somehow there is a bumper sticker solution to complex problems. Energy shortage? "Drill Babby Drill". Short term good-optic feelgood solutions trump actual research into alternatives, because short-term profits are prefereable to long-term success. The problem with icant, and many others who think along his lines is; they feel there is a "silver bullet answer". Failed Geography as well I see...well simple mind, simple fail.Canadian your tiny country can barely sustain itself
I wasn’t referring to land mass dipshit.Failed Geography as well I see...well simple mind, simple fail.
BTW should I bring up all your garbage on Solar and Wind...nah no sense, everyone here know's you're a fucking hypocritical idiot.
Then rephrase your posts to explain what exactly you are referring to. It's not my fault you can't compose an attempt at a simple insult, to read the way you intended.I wasn’t referring to land mass dipshit.
And yet I’ve always pushed forward long term solutions. The LWCJ/Progressive Globalists Marxist insist just shut down fossil fuels whether we’re ready or not. LWCJs do not comprehend how capitalism works, that innovation is more successful and sustainable when driven by market pressures not some idiot in the White House. With how the world is a hair trigger from WWIII we should be drilling our asses off, subsidizing oil production, filling our SPRs ASAP.The whole of RWCJ/MAGA nation is devoted to the proposition that somewhere, somehow there is a bumper sticker solution to complex problems. Not true, you just interpret it that way. While yes there are fanatics on both sides of the debate, the vast majority of those pushing for Carbon energy emission, are pushing for reductions, not eliminations. And yet I’ve always pushed forward long term solutions. Another Fallacy , A: capitalism's about maximum profit, period. B: Governments rightly so insert themselves into the system, otherwise we would still use DDT, Lead would still be an additive in Gasoline, clear cutting of mountains....long list here of Government interventions to protect both the health and habitat of it's citizens.LWCJs do not comprehend how capitalism works, that innovation is more successful and sustainable when driven by market pressures not some idiot in the White House.
LOL what the fuck does filling the SPR matter if WWIII starts? The nukes will be flying and we're all gone....With how the world is a hair trigger from WWIII we should be drilling our asses off, subsidizing oil production, filling our SPRs ASAP.
Only a brainiac like you could misconstrue anyone comparing Canada’s land mass as tiny. I should’ve realized I was dealing with someone who is intellectually inferior. Tiny brain/tiny country. Then rephrase your posts to explain what exactly you are referring to. It's not my fault you can't compose an attempt at a simple insult, to read the way you intended.
You just did it again, lol way to double down on stupid.Only a brainiac like you could misconstrue anyone comparing Canada’s land mass as tiny. I should’ve realized I was dealing with someone who is intellectually inferior. Tiny brain/tiny country.
Lot of good a big fan will do us in caves. And since nuclear winter will overcome our planet so much for solar panels. Not true, you just interpret it that way. While yes there are fanatics on both sides of the debate, the vast majority of those pushing for Carbon energy emission, are pushing for reductions, not eliminations.

Point of proof, you're "demanding"....for fossile fuels! (just one example of a litany of stupidity you constantly show in your postings)Capitalism is profit oriented but also demand supported.
Again, you mean you don’t have a reply because you know you didn’t do your full research (you NEVER do).You still talk too much.
