I think it's based on past experiences where they lost money because of a person not paying attention. I tell the people that work for me to keep track of their hours and double check them with me before their checks get there to prove that I know what I am doing. Unfortunately ours is not based on hours... it's based on miles... and there are two categories... he just doesn't like the system that we use at this moment.
