Why is my bigotry offensive?


Thats a stupid question bigotry is always offensive because it is based on the ignorant belive that you are inherently better then someone because of your race, religion, sex etc. or that someone is inherently inferior because of their race, religion and so on.

You can't base your views on over a billion people based on the actions of a few extremists. Bigotry thrives where ignorance and intolerance are the rule and not the exception. That is what has happened in many Muslim countries. Ignorance has allowed a few people to pervert Islam.

You can't judge all of Christianity based on the extremists that kill abortion doctors.

You can't judge all white people based off the KKK.

I have both the capacities to kill and hate and there are a good junk of individuals that I do hate. I don't hate them because they are black, white, Muslim, and Asian or whatever I hate them because they have wronged me in some very personal very horrible way.


I haven't had to kill any of them yet and hopefully I never will. If there came a time when I had to kill to protect myself or another person then I would, hopefully without hesitation but I would never just run around willy nilly saying to slaughter a whole class of people.
