wHY IS IT??????

Why is it that any dancer who happens to see someone having a good time, has to go and accuse them of all sorts of sh#t?????
This is the second club I've danced at where this has happened. To top it all off, I got accused of making all this money, and I actually went home with a lousy 40 bucks after paying the fine for leaving early. Tonight, I was accused of saying all this bull puckey stuff supposedly about all the other dancers, because none of them where making any money. There was only one I ever said anything about, and all I ever said about her was that she was P.O.'d because I mistakenly gave her old man a hug. Geez, why is it that the ones who try to stay out of all the soap opera stuff, are the ones who end up being the first to get dragged in. Thanks to this, I'm currnently looking for a new place to dance. Hopefully one with better girls and money.

Yeah that sucks. My mom worked at a "relaxtion parlour" for a while. She was supposed to dance for customers in while they mastubated. Well there was this ugly ass blonde chick in the place everyone asked about because she was blonde, and so mom being the smart cookie she is, invested in some red hair dye. Next thing you know, all the guys are asking for the redhead. The blonde bitch starts losing out, so she starts rumors about how mom must be fucking the customers. Mom got fired.

Thanks Silly. I'm seriously not understanding this at all. I mean is it because I'm a really nice person? I seem to get screwed by everyone not just dancers. I get screwed by friends as well. I guess I just have to stop trusting people. I hate that, but it seems to be the only way to protect myself.

dancinvixen...sorry that I don't know much about this. But what I think is happening is that they are totally jealous of you. And if they are making money thru tips...of course they wouldn't want competition around.

Just hope things get better for you. As for friends...been there. It isn't fun is it. And you do get to a point where you don't trust people. And that is so sad. But it is our way of protecting ourselves.

You don't need to stop trusting everbody. That would cut you off from to many people. With a shadier business like what you are in, you do need to be careful, as there are a lot of assholes out there. There are plenty of clubs, and it sounds like the one you were at was to low class for you anyway. Keep looking, and you'll find someplace where the management is nice and the other girls aren't stupid.
