Why I despise subs

Hat's off to ya!

Not many posters or people are adept or willing to really listen to the input in a hot thread and give it serious consideration.

A good point

You rock, MissT

Thank YOU.

You obviously are a good judge of character...soem of those who seemed to get you thinking are some very good folks with lots of information to offer and hearts of gold.

:rose:

I think you are on that list. :)

I am alive, alive - I may misfire but, by gum, something is going to get hit.

Wasn't that Tina Delgado?

And hitting someone because the weinie misfires is a good example of the wherefores of the bully syndrome

This doesn't apply to you, of course

Just an example

Hey a good quote is a good quote. I think under "He's alive, alive" it was Frankenstein and his monster, I envy him.
Bully hell no, just finding the wet spot.
I would suffer too much to be a bully - I am Jewish and grew up in New York, I am drenched in guilt and I get to call my mother every Saturday so that she can reinforce it.

I am talking about real relationships where one person is seeking vilification by the other to justify their lack of self respect. Loving and trusting is the last thing that is involved. Deceit and abuse carry the day. Perhaps I went overboard by saying subs should be wiped off the face of the earth but at least they should be forced to provide truth in advertising.
Why didn't you say so from the start. You picked the wrong term. The words you were looking for are spinelless, emotionally unstable doormat, which has absolutely nothing to do with subs.

Reminds me of a great quote by Nora:

He doesn't know his challah from a hole in the ground

And Yiddish has the best expressions and homilies by far:

You can't piss up my back and tell me it's rain

And how can you possibly find better words to express the richness of schmuck, schmatta, schlepp, hazzarai and shicksa?

And do you greet your dog when you come home ...
"Hello Ainu?"

My life story... all the good Dom/mes are so far away. *sigh*

I couldn't agree with you more

And something we finally agree on

Way cool

See, that is where the discord comes in, her behavior never indicated that to me until she Instant Messengered me her first and last poem when she said good bye.
There is always of course the option that the poem was a lie but I just don't think so.
I feel like Richard Feynman when he can't find the playblocks in the locked bathroom. You know they are some where, in some form, you just have to find them.

Would it make me taller?
At 5' even, it is so hard to reach the top shelves

I like short women. Easier to toss over the shoulder and carry to the longboat once its out of the shop. (Freaking 250 Talent deductable on the insurance too. I shoulda sent the kid out to Vinland instead.)

I can do the tall shelves. Fitting through tight hallways is another matter.
