SANTOS, he added, stands for Stop Another Non Truthful Office Seeker.

“You can not have a fraudulent candidate have access to information and briefings about national security,” Torres told the Bronx-based News 12. “He cannot be a United States Congressperson.”

“I believe that candidates should have not only a moral but a legal obligation to tell the truth,” he said.

The bill seeks to require House and Senate candidates to provide information about their education, military service, and employment history. It also wants to punish those who lie about their background with a $100,000 fine and/or a one-year prison sentence.

if santos was hired by any (reputable) company for his resume but was then found it to be largely fabricated, who thinks that company wouldn't immediately show him the door? In this instance, he was 'hired' by those who voted for him, based upon his bald-faced lies ... as such, he should be deemed 'un-hired' and a new election held for his position. Let him run again under his own steam, using an honest resume and see how he does.

I would say more like one half (“republicans”) of congress based on the almost perfect split.

But yeah, classified material is definitely getting into the hands of a lot more lying, corrupt republican traitors than just Santos.

While calls have continued to grow for Santos to resign or be removed from Congress, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) continues to back him until proof of wrongdoing is brought to light.
