Why are some rape stories allowed, some arent?

Although the 'no rape allowed' view (i.e., that this was lit. policy) was posted here early, several examples refuting it (i.e, showing that lit policy, or at least practice, does not always exclude rape) were posted earlier in the thread.
Some rape stories are allowed, though some are labelled bdsm or horror; others are 'true' --not 'do me oh might one'--'nonconsent'
