Some men are hung up, just like some men get hung up. One of my stepfathers was completely grossed out be oral sex. Doesn't sound so weird until you realize that meant recieving too. Some men are afraid to experiment out of a fear of being weird. Others are afraid of seeming or turning gay. Others are afraid of looking silly(that's a big one). Still others get grossed out by certain acts.

Finally, there are way, way too many men who get to the point that intercourse is the most important part of sex, and it's easy to come to that conclusion, since that is normally the best part of sex for most guys.
