Who Knows LAX?

Right, well CyberGirly and I have a problem.

Neither of us know our way around LAX airport and yet we are supposed to meet there.

Sooooooo my question is, does anyone know their way around the place?

I am flying in on Qantas (International) and she is comming in on United (domestic).

Do they arrive at the same terminal? are the terminals even close to each other?

What is a good central meeting point that we "can;t miss"?

In other words.... HELP! *lol*

This is a very carefully planned trip which might all fall appart in the first hour if we end up wondering around in circles looking

When you come out of the international, you are dumped at the front entrance basically... grab her cellphone number and once you clear customs with your bags, give her a yell.

The place really is a hellhole though, so its not going to be fun. You should also be able to pull a map of LAX online.

She will be coming in at terminal 7 on the bottom right hand side
My suggestion, after customs, is to hightail it over to terminal 7, outside, street level, at the last number 7 sign. You can also grab a cab there.

JustPet, the advantage I have is that she arrives 2 hours before I do so the International terminal is going to be the easiest.

How about going to a smaller airport and taking a one of those 'puddle jumper' Cessnas to get to your beloved? Just a thought. I would rather drive cross-country in a VW bus than walk through LAX.
