My fiancee & I consider ourselves to be partners. I am far too independent to let anyone have control over me & he is the same. We do have different strengths & weaknesses, but we seem to complement each other. We have been together 5 years & while it hasn't always been easy, we do work hard at it.One example, I am an avid doll collector & he goes with me to doll shows & is drawing up plans to make furniture for my doll house. He loves computer stuff , so I go with him to the computer stores to play with the new gadgets & I have learned how to use different features of my computer.
