Which "rogue state" are you most afraid we will go to war with?

Since I already know all the facts and military capabilities of all the countries I already know which are the most fearsome. However, some of it is a matter of opinion based on how much merit you put in naval power over air power for example. So some of it is up to interpretation.

However, I am assuming almost all of you don't know much of this either way so I am just curious what you think, the layman's opinion I guess.

The list is:
1. Sudan
2. North Korea
3. Cuba
4. Syria
5. Iraq
6. Iran
7. Libya

You could add Somalia to the list too if you wish since it would be on it had it but one government rather than the warlord anarchy it is immersed in now.

I agree that North Korea is by far the most powerful of that group. The only one in the group consistently gaining strength is Iran though. Iran also has the largest population and GNP though too as well as the most potent navy of the seven. Syria has the most tanks and probably fields the best-trained troops of the group although one could argue in favor of North Korea on foot soldiers competence as well. Syria also has some SU-27 Flankers that no other country on the list has either.

I have a feeling that Yemen and Algeria will eventually be added to the list someday too.

If the Israeli lobby ever fully had their way 100% then Egypt and Lebanon would be added to the list also in all likelyhood.

Why Cuba?

Because they are on the list of "Terrorist nations". They are on the list because:

1. They are a repressive communist country.
2. Fidel Castro is our traditional enemy and the status quo is to oppose him.
3. He used to support allot of Marxist insurgents in South and Central America like the FMNL of El Salvador.
4. He has biological warfare research labs.
5. He shot down one of our civilian planes before flown by Cuban dissidents who were American citizens.
6. We have fought Cuba before via proxy forces.
7. They have given safe haven to communist terrorists before.

What the fuck is a rogue state?

I assume it has something to do with the fact that those on your list don't want to "join" the United States of America?

They are countries. Not states. They are also countries that have different ideals than America's. These nations are only frowned upon because they do not adhere to American ideology, nor do they wish to have fucking McDonalds, MTV and other lame shit thrust upon them.

American's have been indoctrinated with fear by many governments over the years and it appears nothing has change. Always have to have someone to bitch about. Always flying your flag high and raving on about how fucking good your country is. Then you decide to make sure everyone knows it in every corner of the globe. Did you ever think for one moment that other nations indoctrinate their kids with the belief that America might invade them? Smaller nations with different political structures look upon the United States of America as wanting to control the world. They fear America is going to walk into their country and take over.

You lived in fear through the Cold War era and now that it is over, America relaxed and looked what happened. 9/11. But that was not done by another nation. That was done by a faction of people that revere and hate the US.

America should fear itself more than it should fear any other country around the world. No country is stupid enough to ever send a missle or attack the US on it's own soil. However, the animosity the US has created around the world since 9/11 has spawned many new Bin laden's and terrorist.
Every nation has the right to protect itself from another country. Much like the US is now hell bent on building a new missle defence system.

The "rogue" nations you mentioned are nothing more than a handful of countries who's political ideals and opinions differ from yours. They have acquired weapons from the US, Britian, Russia, China and France for decades and yes they have weapons of mass destruction too.

In my opinion they are entitled to have them based on the "fear" they have of America. The country that wants to tell others what they can and can't do, but at the same time, they invent, build and test new "weapons of mass destruction" every day.

No wonder 9/11 happened. You lot will never shut the fuck up, nor will you ever learn by your mistakes.

Just a little hint:

If you stick your nose into someone elses backyard where it is not wanted, you're liable to get it bitten off. Maybe the US needs to stop sticking it's nose into other people's backyards. It happened on 9/11/2001. The way your country is headed, it won't be long before it happens again.

I see Cuba with more hope. Castro is aging and less confrontational than he use to be. He barely nodded when the Camp X-Ray was erected at Guantanamo. He was one of the first to express his regrets after Sept 11th. There is some talk about lifting the embargo policy.

I don't see Cuba as a fearsome enemy to go to war with.
