Just for fun.
I have one or two stories that I think are under-rated, but more that I think are over-rated.
I will therefore kick-off:
Old Flame, New Humiliations, 4.31*. Mildly over-rated. I rate it a low 4*. Its too simple and unambitious to be given more.
Old Flame, New Humiliations Ch.02, 4.27*. I rate it 3*. The set-up is OK but its somehow underwhelming, especially the sex.
A Town Called Lucky: Brooke, 4.19*. I rate it 3*. There's good stuff in there so taken as a series of vignettes its much better, but the structure is a confusing mess. I'm grateful for my readers' imaginations, that they were prepared to untangle the timelines to enjoy the non-sex sex-scenes.
Lucky: "Mom says girls don't count", 4.4*. I rate it 3*. Like the chapter before ('Brooke') it works as vignettes, but for some reason the foolish author crammed in an entire series worth of ideas into one uninterrupted monologue. And even the parts before and after the monologue are crammed to bursting point. Its like being given a Sunday lunch that is all gravy and apple sauce with hardly any meat or vegetables.
Do you have any?
