Don't you first have to be on the same page?

I'm so confused...

By that, I mean...know her likes and dislikes...

For instance...I'd know that you'd like tea instead of coffee...what type of tea...that you drink it in the morning before you showered. I'd know your favorite color...flower...etc. I know that you hate cleaning bathrooms, so I'd volunteer.

Listen...observe...pay attention.

A mutual tunage would be nice...

Ok... I'm not so confused anymore.

I admit that I like to know these things. When a relationship gets more serious, the more personal in depth things I like to know.

Coffee, before, during and after the morning shower.

I don't mind cleaning the bathroom. A nice mutual tunage shower afterward never hurt anyone!!

Which aspect about themselves should MEN pay more attention to?

Personal hygiene! A lone bead of sweat glistening on a man's rippling chest is sexy. Gobs of sweat rolling down from his smelly underarms ISN'T! And what woman wants to go down on a man whose cock looks like it hasn't seen soap and water in a MONTH?

You guys all start out clean and trying to impress us, nice suit, great cologne, clean and neat hair, etc., but once you're comfortable in a relationship, it's the stained T-shirt, three-day boxer shorts, four-day beard, can of beer in hand as you plunk on the couch to watch football on TV. And you STILL expect us to want to jump your pole all the time? Get REAL!

what they say, and how it comes out of their mouth.

I agree, and this is ONE thing and one thing only. There is more.

It's been my biggest drawback for as long as I can remember, but not so much what I say, but most definately how I say it.

I am not the great communicator.

With all due respect, the "letting ones self go" issue works both ways.

Good point, Killswitch, about women letting themselves go, too. But while I may hang around a guy I'm comfortable with in loose-fitting sweats, they are clean, and so is my body, hair, etc.

Not all guys are slobs, I know. And it's nice when I find I'm not the ONLY one in the relationship wearing sexy underwear under my comfortable casual clothes. It just seems to me women try harder to look good than guys do, especially after you've been together a while.

The man is so wise. Do you give lessons?

I would add that men, OK - some men - need to learn the art of compromise. . .
