Where or how can a person meet someone

I have been posting an ad on here for quite some time and I have had almost no response at all? I am wondering where or how do people meet now days? I mean I am not much a drinker so bars are pretty much out and well no women are answering my ads so what now?

Maybe at this time there aren't any women intrested in what you're looking for. Have you posted on any threads to meet people??? When i first came to Lit i didn't know many people, but i cruised the boards and posted on threads that seemed intresting to me, and in no time i had made a few new friends.

Where's the rule that says you have to go to a bar to drink??? I know quite a few people that don't drink and they still go to bars to hang out and shoot darts and meet people.

I have never seen one of your ads, so i can't say what the exact problem is other than maybe what you're looking for isn't what thier looking for.

I hope you stick around, and find who and what you're looking for.

Gah! There was a perfectly good thread about where the best place to meet other people of the opposite sex was.. but I cant find it sorry..

Some good places I remember were

School

Library

Book store (ya I read too much )

McDonalds (I didnt believe it either, but 6 people said they met people there, and here I was going to Taco Bell )

Um.. if anyone lives in Phoenix and is interested in a semi intelligent fairly compassionate male, about 5'10'' decently built, not skinny, um.. I'm available
