Well, I am in the north burbs and will let you know when I dig out of my driveway. My drive is two cars wide and 3 car lengths long. It is going to take me hours.

any way to bribe um ??... if not I am heading out in 20 min. or so ,, the winds do seem to be down a little.... just heard that it is going down to 20 below overnight without the wind chill... not going to put it off till tomorrow, might freeze my..... off....

snow blower won't handle the drifts that are about 3 1/2' hight. I am topping it off with the shovel a bit at a time. It is hard since I am still in physical therapy for shoulder surgery. The shoulder is feeling pretty good though. I will go out every hour or so and do more.

well... don't over do it... some pain is fun ,,, I mean fine.. but not shoulder... have about same amount here... western burbs... neighbors seemed to do fine with their snowblowers , so I am going to try it that way 1st.... keep warm ...

The LSD in Milwaukee has been shut down and I believe it is for the same reason!

Seat warmers are a true delight this time of year.

Still trying to plow the snow. Only about a third of the way done. With a mile long driveway to the house, plus barns and pastures to unbury, I'm sick of winter and ready for summer. Finally got my satelite dish unburied so I could at least get on the computer.

Hi Knot ~ Yes seat warmers are a wonderful item. I would like a slight warmer on my steering wheel too. Sometimes gloves just aren't enough.
