Gutter - I visited several threads and found the same thing. Then I was fortunate enough to find the Midwest thread. This group is like family. Everyone is very friendly, compassionate and understanding. Being the terribly shy little miss that I am, I've always had a hard time striking up a conversation in the chatrooms, but in here it's like we've all known each other forever.

I'm a 50 year old(geez I still cringe when I say that. lol) lady from central Indiana. Actually my body may be 50 but my heart and soul are stuck somewhere around 40...lol

I agree completely Gutter. It's how you act and feel, not the date on your birth certificate that makes you the person you are.

However, you my dear are a sweet, young thing. Wow! 18 is hard to remember lol.

I know what you mean Dream. When my 30 year old daughter and I are out together people are always stopping us to ask if they heard right..they say "mom" must be a nickname she calls me. They usually think we are sisters. It's a nice compliment for me, but she gets p.o.'d I get so tickled. She tells me I'm her mom and I need to look like her mom, not a young thing. lol

I know where Seymour is. I've never been there but I've been tempted to take a drive down there and see if I can maybe bump into John Cougar on the street. hehe Shhhhh better not give away any more of my rock star secrets. lol

Hey, well I love writing poetry and storys... Im a very creative person..and well, i try and show it in any way possible. I like music alot also.. and well.. obviously,, im a very passionate person. I like sex... I have not had sex with a man tho, in a year. hehe i know.. thats a long time.. but im doing this by choice.. because i was very premiscuous (sp) and well, i was tired of it.. Umm... thats really about it. Poetry is pretty much my life..that and my wesbite, even tho my site sucks..haha

yes, age doesnt matter. I am 18, i look about 18 or so, but yet, i feel like im in my 40's. Ive lived a loooong 18 years..and ive came to realize, age isnt anything.
And yess...i feel so much better now, i feel more comfortable and at ease.. well in this thread i do..im still alittle scared to go anywhere else tho :/
