Okay, I'm going to be the first one to really answer your question. I'm a 23 year old and feel I've had enough practice to answer this to the best of my ability.

When I'm alone, and not watch porn, my sessions in my head always take place either in the bedroom, or on the couch. Meaning in my head. I don't like to fantasize about public sex, because to me sex is shared between two close people. That doesn't mean I'm not kinky or don't like to have fun, just I don't like to be outside.

Now, what I fantasize about varies. Usually I'll take a fantasy "scene" and play it out for a couple of sessions. I'll start with a foreplay session and just continue as long as the "scene" needs to complete. After I kinda finish the scene in my head I might do a variation next time. For me, I tend to use the same idea for quite a while. Usually I get in certain kink moods and stick with them for a little while.

I find in most of my fantasies, the character will display the same physical features, and persona, but he is "different" each time. It's almost as though we were meeting again for the very first time. I think I trick my brain into doing this so as to maintain the mystery and challenge.
