Why do stats and specifics matter so much to you? When was the last time you were with a woman or women in a social setting and cup size and weight amount were the first things on your mind concerning them, or even part of the possible conversation you had with them? Let a woman be a woman in your story instead of giving her a manufactured perfect figure! Just write the friggin' thing and let the characters illustrate themselves!

Kinda sounds like you've got the tape measure and scales out when you use numbers. I mean, really, when you're lying in bed thinking about a hottie you've seen, do you really think in terms of pounds and inches?
And be aware - even small and petite can have big knockers and they add quite a bit to the weight (been there, done that).
Another consideration is different countries use different scales - metric system for height and weight.
Bra sizes: 42D (the number refers to the diameter of the torso UNDER the breast by the way, so 42 is a BIG woman) in the US is 42DD in the UK; 20D in Australia, 110E in parts of Europe, 95E in Japan and 6E in Czechoslovakia.
So numbers really aren't helping you, are they?
Use descriptive words instead.
