Now that I've read others...
I want to add to mine.
The sitting in front of the computer is what is *do*.
What I'd *like* to do is another matter. Just shows you - I've forgotten most of the things I used to do to relax.
I used to play the piano, or my violin, or the guitar for enjoyment. I found that playing old familiar songs (while trying each time to play them perfectly) was relaxing.
I've found that concentrating on a good game of pool to be excellent for relaxation, especially when you win. Something about the sledgehammer break gets the tensions out too.
And last and most important, I loved to dance. 14 years at ballet taught me an appreciation for movement, be it ballet, or break dancing. There is *nothing* better to me than to go out to a bar/club with a really superb DJ or a live band and totally lose myself in the music and dance. The training has given me confidence which shows (I've been told), plus there is something in the actual beat of the music that will not allow me to *not* move.
End of diatribe.
