What's up with the internet?

Over the past two weeks or so I have experienced many slow-downs, loading issues and other such minor inconveniences I have not seen in 25-30 years while using the net.

Either a major global server issue exists or pehaps too many users are causing overload net brownouts.

Noy sure exactly what the issue is but I hope it fades away soon and does not get worse.

In case you haven't noticed it has "jumped the shark" with advertising. Not quite as bad as TV "YET" but getting there quick.

The Euro 2012 football tournament is on.

Much of Europe's internet pathway is overloaded with punditry and comment...

The tracking software is onto you......they now know where you go, what you do, who you talk to, which porn sites you visit, all the underground stuff, everything....they're onto you, expect a visit by the guys in jackboots....Big Brother is Watching youuuuuuuuuuuuu

The first thing that came to mind is the increase in sites gathering info and also ads.

Something I've noticed are sites like YouTube, and a few others, where I do not have an account, take longer to come up. And when they do, voilà, there are my previous searches, things I've viewed and suggestions I could care less about, all from tracking my ISP.

I would bet that every site you click on now is not just gathering your ISP as usual, but is running your ISP through the ringer now.

Lovely...

They don't track your ISP. They read your cookie files.
