What's in your Room 101?

this thread does exactly what it says on the tin.....what pet peeve, invention, item, or annoyance would you banish to room 101 for all eternity?

(this is supposed to be a bit of fun, please don't make it personal or offensive)

i've got several, but will start with just one and add more later when this thread takes off.

i would send side lights into room 101...i think they're pointless....it's amazing that drivers think we can see them on dismal and foggy days, like yesterday, by only using only their side lights (or no lights in some cases!).

Borrowing the theme of the original post, I would send full beams to Room 101. They are not necessary. Further, most drivers use them when they don't even need them, and the driver coming from the other side gets almost blinded.

i know what you mean indienne...it seems like manufacturers are making them brighter nowadays maybe?

but also i hate the new blue headlamps...it's blinding when such a car is passing on a dual carriageway....i usually have to hold my hand up to obscure the view from my wing mirror until they've passed me.

I’d love to send automated telemarketers to room 101 and every company that employs them. Actually, advertising in general. Just set up the Commercial Channel and I’ll watch it, I promise. Not often, but occasionally. The only thing commercials do is make me not buy a product if the commercial is annoying.

This is probably rude but I would like to send the Jehovah's Witnesses to room 101! I mean, they always come to my door at the worst time, usually first thing Saturday morning, and then they force you to be rude to them in order to get them to leave! If I were interested in joining their cult, I would go there myself!

Oh I HATE those. I have to go through one of those every day and EVERY day I see people changing lanes into the one that has to merge, just so they can move up three or four cars. They absolutely drive me crazy!
