I have never used telegram.
Microsoft is ending Skype and moving it all to Teams.

I have heard Teams business is fine but the public version of Teams blows, and not in the good way.

I have used signal for 10 yrs and never any problems, and never a spam text.

signal dot org for info.

Probably not, as even Russian authorities allow it

Signal is very similar to use as WhatsApp. That's one of its upsides really.

It uses usernames so no #s or email addys revealed.

A super classy pacific coast civil servant who when I politely declined chatting any further, responded Fuck you too. This guy revealed himself to be a lot unstable even before I decided I didn’t want to continue (which, is also why I chose to end the conversation), so I guess I shouldn’t expect him to be able to handle rejection.
