I'm just curious.

Personally I had the last slice of a home made lasagna I made in the weekend (yes Ofelia I COOK!!).

Tonight, my wife is coming over actually. Beef Stroganoff with hot dog option for the girls.

Corn bread muffins, a green veggie and a fire in the fireplace.

My famous bacon burgers and fresh cut french fries :D

You tell her! (just kidding, kitty)

Tonight - I may be doing leftovers - spaghetti with spicy tomato leek sauce, or I'll make ratatouille.

Ham & cheese sandwiches - I know, not a real dinner...but I was supposed to be working tonight so just took sandwiches with me, easier that way.....but then class cancelled due to power cut at the university :nana: but already too late, ate my sandwiches!! *laughs*

Tomorrow.....planning to cook chicken fitijas....my favourite! :D

Leftover picnic ham, some veggies (either cauliflower, broccoli or brussels sprouts - haven't decided yet) and the third quarter of the pan of brownies I baked last night. And eggnog somewhere in the late evening, maybe with the second brownie.

tonight, roasted chicken breasts, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, stir fried spicy green breens.

Marquis, those are some good lookin' eats.

I'm thinking some recipe sharing is in order here..starting with Marquis' stuffed peppers (they look wonderful) and OSG's spicy stir fried green beans. :)

We have a bdsm kitchen thread around here somewhere with lots of yummy eats in it.... (I'd bump it, but I'm askeered to!)

And I had veggie lo mein, two veggie spring rolls, iced tea made with one bag of red zinger and one bag of green tea and a spriggy thing of mint, and hot and sour egg flower soup.

And a vitamin.

And later, there is pumpkin pie flavoured ice cream and hot cocoa for dessert. :nana:

Subway sandwich (yeah - i was lazy tonight. hit me): italian herb and cheese bread, spicy italian meat, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, hot peppers and jalapenos, mayo, salt and pepper, thankyouverymuch.

The filling is a basic meatloaf recipe. I use ground dark meat turkey, egg, panko bread crumbs, chopped basil and/or oregano, red pepper flakes and some lightly sauteed onion, minced garlic and zucchini or asparagus to give it a little crunch.

I gut out the peppers, stuff them and put them in a little ramekin on a cookie sheet to keep them standing up. I mix a little ketchup and balsamic vinegar and brush it on top as a glaze, then bake it at for 350 for a while and then 400 for the last ten minutes or so to caramelize the sugars in the ketchup and the pepper.

Wow!!!!

I still love your sub's birthday wish to you. She's very talented with a camera.

I made more of my apple curry chicken. Yum. I'm on a spicy food kick lately.
